I had a reservation that was prepaid for pickup at 8:30am. When I sat down with the rep, he informed me that they did not have any cars available for me and probably wouldn't until at least noon and even then he couldn't guarantee that. He did not offer to call me if a car was returned so they could fill my reservation request. His coworker then very rudely made a comment back to me after I was starting to get visibly upset. When I went back at noon to see if that car had been returned they ignored me in the lobby for about 20 minutes and once someone finally acknowledge that I was waiting they quickly glanced at their reservation sheet and said nope we have nothing available. They have fulfilled at least 6 or 7 other reservations that were on their sheet after mine and had crossed my name off the list from earlier. I will never try renting from here again, worst customer service I have ever experienced, even after I apologize for my attitude earlier in the morning as that was not fair to them.

The hispanic was very unpleasant not friendly. We rented a car today about 130pm 07/11. The end of the transaction he handed me the key and told me to use the remote to find the car. Did not do a walk around and point out any damages like I have with previous rentals. The whole deal was very unprofessional. Will not use them again. Car also smells like cigars and after reading another review I can see them trying to keep my deposit for it.

This location has the most courteous staff. I am immensely pleased with the experience. I was given a vehicle upgrade without additional charge among other benefits. The vehicle was clean and ran smoothly. Upon returning the vehicle, Mike—the person responsible from beginning to end, even gifted me a red bull to try since it’s a new flavor. Mike’s conversation was genuine and the customer support was incredibly prioritized. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for their services. In addition, I will return to this Hertz the next time I need it. Thank you kindly for everything.

I was told to go here from my insurance guy after I was rear-ended in my new car. The staff was not a lot to be desired nor was the service. My car had somebody smoking tons of cigarettes in it it smelled gross. it was dirty I literally left there and took the car to the car wash had it cleaned, change the cabin filter after Basically just trying to clean the smell out of the car. After trying to get an extension to keep the car so I didn't have to get another one they told me that I had already rented it for too long and it was time to bring it back the best part about the whole experience was dropping off the car early and going to Enterprise and getting a upgraded car will a full tank of gas XM radio and a better price. Hertz did not want to honor my corporate rate or discount. If you're looking for good service at a reasonable price definitely do not go to Hertz!

Yes, Hertz allows for vehicle changes. Ask them to exchange the vehicle but keep the contract open. The vehicle you get will depend on what they have on hand at the time.
