This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had as a customer of any food chain or restaurant bar none. I wish I could give zero stars to this business for the utter lack of professionalism and basic human interaction. I walked in to pick up an order and the gentleman who looks completely out of it or under the influence did not so much as acknowledge my presence or say anything. He dastardly came to register unenthused and attempted to figure out the order I was looking for. He didn’t find it. He then gave up and asked NO ONE for help just looking around confused until another gentleman came from the drive thru looked for it on the register and printed out a receipt. He a also din nothing… didn’t start the order, didn’t apologize, didn’t even acknowledge that I was just standing there trying to pick up food. It was then that, among the hilarious laughter that they were all going on about, that a third person came into barely start the order! She along with her coworkers thought something was funny apparently and she painfully gave her best lackluster effort to put together a single order. Also did not apologize, not even said I’ll have it out in a bit, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I got my order finally and left saying that this is the worst establishment I have been to ever! Management nowhere to be seen and children just doing what they please and making money. Such a pity and such a disgusting disappointment.

Usually buy from this location a lot but apparently you have to dumb down the orders to get the right order. Horrible staff didn’t even catch their names to give them “wonderful” recommendations but trying to figure out how do two of the same orders only get one coleslaw and mash potatoes and two drinks? The staff here very disrespectful and I understand they are young but geeze. Right when I walked in with my bag one day ooo you got the order wrong and the manager/supervisor a white girl with glasses argued with me in regards to my order and the missing sides.

I had the chicken tenders with a biscuit and mashed potatoes, all very yummy. Thank you for the good coupon. They weren't able to take app orders, so I missed out on happy hour. I understand the short staff problem, but you need to adapt the menu in order to keep the customer happy. I like to park and go inside but I got to the door and it was locked. No sign explaining why. An employee saw me but didn't open the door so I assumed their lobby was closed again. Still undeterred, I tried the drive thru. It turns out that the lobby was open but I was supposed to know that the doors on the other side were open. ?? If you hire teenagers, they must be trained in common courtesy. It isn't expected much anymore at home or in school so they sometimes are quite clueless.

I enjoy Popeyes Chicken and their Sides a lot. We were excited when they put the Popeyes in next to our place, but it has consistently poor customer service. The employees are short, unhappy and act as if it’s a hassle to serve you. This last visit, we got the usually awesome customer service, along with being out of several items. The real irritating part was when I ordered the 16 piece Family Tender Meal, they didn’t offer or give me any sauce. After asking for some sauce. I got three. From the disgruntled glare from behind the drive through window. Best chicken ever.
