Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I really like the pizza here but today I received not so great customer service. I didn't receive half my order through their delivery service and the supervisor on shift wouldn't or couldn't help me with it. All I kept asking for is help and I got none. Even was told they wouldn't refund the missing items from my order but I could pick them up. Ok I paid 15.00 for delivery and tip because I don't have transportation and I was told nothing they could do. Smh Ok, so I'm doing the only thing I can. Leave a review! Good food but manager on shift should be able to help customers with legit issues like this. Just sayin'.

Terrible customer service!!! Forgot one of my pizzas then said well when you come back to get it we will give it to you for free!!! Sounds good except I had already paid for it online!!! lol so..... not free.....???

Having moved to Arizona a few months ago, we have tried a few local take-out pizza places. This has been the best for us. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We can order the toppings as we like them, and they prepare them at the counter in front of us. We have been to two different locations, and each has been very clean and well managed. The quality and price are great. We take the product home and bake it to our personal preference. We have not been disappointed with any order. For take-home, this is our favorite.

Great customer service with quick service. I placed a phone order on a Friday evening, and I arrived 5 minutes later. Clearly not enough time to finish my order, but they were still apologetic for making me wait and were very kind. The pizzas were made perfectly. If you're looking for take and bake pizza, you can't go wrong here.
