Why do i have to pull away from drive threw window to wait for my food?? No one was behind me.. It happens all the time i come here to KFC on mountain rd pasadena md.

I can't answer that. I have never used the drive thru.

Because this is the worst, most poorly managed KFC out of all the them. Still true 2 years later. It is dinner time now and there are 3 parked cars waiting for fried chicken. From a fried chicken store.

Also was told to pull over and wait. No one behind us. Waited 10 minutes, drove back to the window and had to ask for the food. Never AGAIN.
