What a waste of a great coupon and my money!! My chicken was cold and partially undercooked. I was told that I was waiting on fries 4 to 5 mins and when pulled up to the window. The fries were ready... I should have checked them. They were hard as a rock and again, COLD. I did not receive a biscuit or any napkins and utensils. The person at the window who took my order was very friendly, but the other 2 guys to busy blabbing about who did what... never again!! Thanks for messing up my dinner and appetite.

Staff is nice but we usually have to wait long times for our food. Quality of food could be better.

Why do i have to pull away from drive threw window to wait for my food?? No one was behind me.. It happens all the time i come here to KFC on mountain rd pasadena md.

I can't answer that. I have never used the drive thru.

I can't support a business with so many bad reviews of customer service....KFC in the 70's was the greatest thing ever. Guess the customer service can make or break a company....I'm taking my business to Annapolis popeyes.....bummer.
