Nick, the manager, is rude and has NO customer service skills whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Ordered food and they only sent half the order. When I called they tried to say it had all be delivered.

called at 11:00 for carryout, operator said “ papa john’s pasadena, we’re closed. They hung up on me. Just feel like that was unprofessional and untrue, considering their answering machine says they are open until 12 or later.

The pepperoni New York style pizza was very good and the Philadelphia cheesesteak Pizza was very good. Will definitely buy again.

I accidentally placed my order for carry out when meaning to place it for delivery. I called the store when I realized and the manager had it sent out with a driver immediately and assured me it was no problem. And the food was still hot and cooked correctly. People always leave reviews when they have a bad experience so wanted to make sure they were recognized for their exceptional customer service as well.
