Yesterday I went to the AT&T store in Pasadena,Maryland just off Ritchie Highway. Brooks Tillman was the service representative who helped me there. By far, he is the best customer service agent I have ever experienced in any store. He was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and went to extra lengths to make me feel comfortable with my new upgraded iPhone. To benefit your company Brooks ought To be promoted as a trainer of trainers. He is just that good!!
