Yes, we do have overdraft protection. Customers may apply for a line of credit, which is subject to credit approval. As an additional option a customer can link a Savings account to a Checking account to protect against potential overdrafts. Fees may apply.
Not sure but we have been there for only a couple of months and we are already switching. I was not impressed at all.
