My wife and I decided to leave a bigger bank and open an account here this morning. Kelli greeted us as soon as we walked in and we worked with her to get set up. No matter what you are looking for in a bank, First Federal offers the perfect fit. They provide complete financial services. You get an individual experience that the big banks couldn't possibly deliver. I call the number on my card for help and I get a bank employee whom usually recognizes my voice rather than a stranger from some far away call center. Yes, we do have overdraft protection. Customers may apply for a line of credit, which is subject to credit approval. As an additional option a customer can link a Savings account to a Checking account to protect against potential overdrafts. Fees may apply.
No I am sorry, we do not currently have an ATM at the Clayton location, however we do have ATMs at our Angier, Benson, Dunn, and Erwin locations and coming soon to our Fuquay Varina office.
