Office staff are normally friendly.Fees are high so know that before you buy. Wait times are long on the day or the day after the auction. Use to be much shorter. Sometime's there will be forklift damage so expect that. Had a truck drive shaft fall out and run over by a loader. Don't expect them to be responsible. Wear a safety vest when you go in to pay. Put one in the truck before you leave. They don't take cash above a few hundred so get a money order or cashers check. ALWAYS double check there title work. If you leave and find out later. That's your problem. If you do all these things you should be fine

Yes I can I am an employee there at IAA where your car is an all u have to do is call your insurance agent let them know an they will give u a stock number u go an tell the ladies at the front counter an we will bring up your vehicle an u can get your items out

The purpose of my visit was to retrieve items from my wrecked vehicle. My suggestion to your question: call the company. The Staff is very competent and knowledgeable, and can answer any question you may have ☺🌹🌻🦋.
