It is open for membership to outside residents. 5 yrs ago it was around $105 mo. I think. Google it.

Is there an additional monthly fee to use the community rec/pool for residents?

Yes. It's around $90 mo. Gym and indoor pool included as well as can go to any of 5 pools/gyms in the area associated with the company.

I will be moving into the Riverwood community very shortly. I am a little confused on how this works. If you own a home and pay HOA, is the gym and pool a separate fee? Appreciate the help!

Your HOA covers gym and pool membership as well as golf on a tiered level from bronze up. Your standard HOA covers bronze level.
