I sent my by USPS April 6, 2020 to the Charlotte NC office PO Box 1214 28201-1214 and it has not been cashed as of 7/16/20. Is this normal? Do I need to resend?

I sent my info to pox feb 1st also sent to Austin tx with no po box but an actual address . the irs received the texas one 3 days later the post office in nc where po box is said they got it 3 days later to this day nc irs says it has not arrived.

Don't resend. Staff had backlog of mail and just returned to work on 13th. Wait at least until end of July.
