My husband and I would like to thank Dawn for making us (a new client) a priority. She was very nice and attentive to our needs. We was terrified when we found out that we had water leaking into our breaker box from unknown roof damage. After getting the electrical part taken care of Jim and his crew came out and assessed our roof and quickly pin pointed where the problem areas was and made the adequate repairs. Jim was very personable and assured us that it was without a doubt something that they could take care of and that eased our nerves tremendously. So, if you or someone that you know are looking for a company that is knowledgeable, reasonable, and that has overall great customer service then don't hesitate to call Storm Guard Roofing & Construction. Customers for life. We appreciate you all more than you know!!

My husband and I loved working with this company. Andrew was punctual, kind, and thorough. He clarified questions and made sure to explain things clearly. He helped replace soffit panels on our roof that had come out. He texted when he was on his way and didn't leave us hanging for hours. He was extremely quick to arrive, which we very much appreciated. We would 10/10 recommend him and his company. Wonderful customer service!

How Do I Know If I Need a New Roof?

Let me start off by saying this.. - If you see signs of a roof leak - Do Not Ignore It - Get Your Roof Inspected - If you find shingles in your yard - Do Not Ignore It - Get Your Roof Inspected - If you find lots of granules in your gutters - Do Not Ignore It - Get Your Roof Inspected Over time a small roof leak will continue to grow. Sooner or later it will become a much bigger problem (and it is highly unlikely that a roof leak will just fix itself). If you’re noticing any of these issues, call us and we'll send someone out to determine if you need a roof repair or if a full roof replacement is needed: - Water stains in ceilings or walls - Dripping sounds - Mold growing in ceilings/walls - High humidity levels indoors - Musty smell indoors It's best to keep your roof in good condition so that it continues to protect your most important investment. Many homeowner insurance policies cover roof leaks as long as the cause is something that is specified in the plan. These usually include events such as storms, vandalism, excess weight, fire, and other situations. Insurance policies are less likely to cover leaks when they are caused by lack of maintenance or wear and tear.
