There is a set of numbers on the patient's i.d.band that you need to know everytime you call or stop by for patient's confidentiality.

Who ever you have in there they are the ones that have the code they need to call you and give you the number .my brother in law just got there . His brother told me so when ever your love one calls you ask them for the code it should be on their arm

The patient is given a number when they check in. Sometimes a staff member will contact their emergency and let them know what is going on and provide the code. Otherwise it is up to the patient to call anyone who may want to reach them and pass along the code and phone number.
