Pets are welcome. Just be aware this place looks nice from the outside but it’s crawling with pests. I have multiple pictures of roaches in our room and even on the bed itself it’s so bad they crawling in the stairways.
Yes they are. A fence is being installed. Once done will have automatic gate for entry. Red Roof is getting nicer as the owner is taking care of aloy of problems. New security cameras are being installed
