Booked this hotel two months in advance. Checked in. Received key, went to hotel room door was already damaged, did not close, locked, keyhole was pushed in, and etc. Look liked someone partied and kicked the door open (hard). We went back to the front desk and waited for at least 10 minutes before being helped by the same lady. Front desk staff was not helpful, and she did not show any empathy or did not offer to find us another room. Bad & Poor Experience with the overall hotel especially if yourself and family are extremely tired and have to fly out early the next morning. We requested our money back and found another hotel in the area. Sleep Inn 2300 International Ave SE, Alb on website is deceiving to the eyes. It does not look like the pictures. Stairway, hallways, floors were dirty, trash in the stairways, windows dirty, and walls have marks on them. I believe this was previously a motel 8 hotel. Will not stay here again. Bad experience overall.

Probably the worst Sleep Inn I've ever stayed in. The common areas are dirty, the elevator was sticky and smelled bad. I had reserved a king and was downgraded to a queen, but still paid the king price. The bed was more like a full size than a queen. It was harder than a brick. All the linens and towels are thin. Furniture in the room was chipped and seemed dirty. Do not recommend. Pay the extra to stay down the street at the Hilton Garden in or something.

I stayed at this Sleep in from 04/08-04/11 and I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided. Chris was working the night shift and was attentive, kind, and resourceful with recommendations. Give that guy a bonus! He is finishing up his pre-law degree at UNM! Just want to make sure he is recognized for his hospitality and professionalism. Scratch that…give him a double bonus! Thanks again Chris! You are the man!

On of the front desk gentlemen came to the shuttle was down. After that it just kept spiraling down. Room small and very noisy. Could hear all conversations from my neighbors. Then the breakfast was alright if one likes to only eat pantries. For the price I can say I was disappointed. Would not recommend to family or friends
