Thank you for your question.,yes you need to be a member from Restaurant Depot in order for people to shop here,and you do need to own a restaurant as well,and they dont have day passes to use,not that i was awarded the day of my visit to Restaurant Depot.
Unfortunately you have to own a restaurant to shop here. Gordon's on Elmwood infront of Elmwood regal cinema is open to the public.
