If you are an employer looking for an agency, I would use extreme caution with this firm. In discussing details, the owner was trying to up sell me to direct hire placement which comes at a 20% annual salary fee and only requires the employee to stay 60 days. I was asking legitimate questions of how the quality of candidates would vary from temp-per vs direct hire. The only answer I was provided was "better quality". I asked for a contrast example of the specific qualities that would vary and was told "we are not a fit for you" I question how well they actual screen candidates and how much effort goes into recruitment.

Kim at Selective Staffing Solutions was a great help to me with setting up interviews and answering questions. Lost a job 2 weeks ago and got a job within a week and a half with Kim's help. Thank you very much for all your did!

The company contacted me shortly after I posted on Ziprecruiter and worked quickly to provide employment options and kept me involved in the search process. This was the fasting hiring process I have experienced.
