Was on a horrible accident caused by a Bat driver who purposely and maliciously drove through a vehicle making a left. Driver was back on the job in months when he should of had his lisence revoked.

The driver was very nice and polite. No more delays but service. It is known for public transportation around Brockton. Three vending machines for drinks and three vending machines for snacks while you wait for the bus.

During the day it seems the buses try to run pretty much on time. I don't appreciate it when the #12 is literally almost at the BAT Centre and the driver doesn't call and ask for them to wait for us. We can actually see the buses leaving when they could've waited for us to pull in. The #12 at night has us waiting outside the bus when we should be loading in order to leave promptly. They'll have you standing outside in the pouring rain, the freezing cold. Why don't the buses stay to the schedule at nighttime? People are not just going home, they're also going to work. We seem to leave whenever. How about when the #12 bus arrives at Ashmont station and you drop us off in front of the mob of people unwilling to move and let us off in order for them to board the bus. How about you fix that already?! By the way, can you stop trying to make us deaf on the bus with those super loud announcements? It's ridiculous. Some drivers are kind and professional, some are very rude, we need you like you need us ... respect goes both ways, it's your turn to show some. You increase the fare but don't improve with your attitudes and a lot of things. Example, there is a woman driver with white hair who has a very nasty attitude. How is she still there? Is it ok with you BAT that she behaves this way? Drivers can you please monitor your buses better like super loud talking people, loud radios, cursing etc. I thought there is NO smoking yet I constantly am forced to breathe sneaky smokers air. Come on BAT! Improve lots and maybe you'll have earned another fare increase. Oh, and clean your buses more frequently. You act like we don't see the rolling cans on the floor, the trash everywhere. We expect better. You want more well, so do we.

This place has it's ups and downs but it's a decent place. Heating in the building. Some of the bus drivers have such attitudes and are very grouchy or mean. They definitely care for the homeless in Brockton as well.

There are still some good drivers working for BAT. The young ones are still learning the value of there job. Which is to respect the customer who ride every with BAT.

BAT has now installed Ticket Vending Machines (TVM) at the BAT Centre. You may use these machines to obtain Charlie Cards, add value to the Cards and even purchase 7 day and monthly passes. Charlie Card users in Brockton pay only: $1.15 for an adult fare (regular fare is $1.50)

Are you referring to the Bat Bus Company bat Transit cuz if you are you have to take your own training sometimes they are from training but it's competitive to whether or not you have your license and if you are intended to work for that company but other than that you have to take your own training and is a lot of schools that offer it anything else I'm not familiar with the question
