Apathy. Their stock is a mess, If you cannot find an item they will not bother to look for it. If you ask the service desk they'll say they don't have it in stock just so you'll go away. Unless you feel like walking up and down all the isles looking at all the boxes overhead go someplace else.

It’s a convenient location but the curbside pickup process is a huge headache. You could remodel a house in the amount of time I’ve been waiting on a curbside order.

It was horrible. I went to the service desk to ask about a BBQ grill. The woman who talked to me was not very professional. Once I finally was told I needed to take a picture of it and bring it back, she rang it up. Online was the price of $139 as was the price on the tag. She rang it up and told me the bill was $158. I questioned it and she said, 138 plus tax (rudly) I paid, got my receipt and showed her she rang it up $10 more than it was. She said that the price was changed. After I asked to see a manager she refunded me the differance and "ordered" the boy who worked in that department to change the price on all the grills. Her attitude the way she was treating her co-workers and me was totally rude and demeaning. The first grill that was brought to my car was scratched so they brought another, which looked fine. When I got it home and put it in place, I opened the grill and discovered that the enamel on the hood was chipped off by the two screws holding the hood on. I would bring it back except for the fact that I can not get someone else here right away to put it in my car.
