Food was great, but! Big but. There was literally throw up on the floor, and instead of cleaning it up, staff but a caution sign on top of it. Super gross.

The food was decent. However I have never received worse service in my life. The workers were so rude and wore AirPods. I had to wait for my fries to be finished and when they were the worker threw them into my bag. I’m never going back.

Ridiculous. The slowest location I’ve ever seen. Food prep is painfully slow. They’re all busy taking calls on their cells or taking break in the middle of the orders. Literally waited an extra 5 minutes for my order because one guy bagged it, put it on the counter and literally left the building.

Terrible customer service. They kept getting my order wrong and sometimes they forget my order completely. The employees chuckle when I would express my irritation and how inconvenient it is to make an order at a certain time just for it not to be ready at all. They never pick up the phone even when they’re busy. It’s ridiculous. I use to love going to Rachel’s but now I think I will just stick to home cooking or try out a different restaurant. Please do not waste your time ordering online.
