Not sure what's happened here over the last few years but it's clear customer service isn't a focus. After getting approval for a new CPAP from my insurance provider the reps at this office would not process my order because they "knew insurance wouldn't approve it outside of the 5 year cycle". Even after conferencing in my insurance provider 3 times they still wouldn't assist. After a week of calls they would send me to voicemail instead of trying to resolving my request. It's a strange time when you need to fight with the supplier and not the insurance provider. I wish I could add negative zero's as 1 is way to high. When I called to have them cancel my account the lady couldn't have cared less but I was able to get a machine with an online provider without issue.

Everything went smoothly. Drivers were great with set up & take down of the bed. They did a very good job keeping us abreast of the time they would arrive. Very happy with the experience.
