So, let's start with the front desk lady, seemed Jamaican: for whatever reason, I did not have my insurance ID card(company hasn't sent it yet) I gave my ID # when I registered, she called me to the front desk and told me she can't do anything without a card...I simply read her the number and all was okay, sheesh. Then we had the Latina lady; the door was open for all the other patients, I heard how nice she was to all of them, I was looking forward to a pleasant person. She comes into my room, sees that there is something different about me, and all she says is "this test will pick up if you're lying, so there's no use in lying!" Idk why she said that. Later I had to drink a solution, and I asked if I had to do a certain thing with the solution, she looked at me and said " why would you have to do that?!" I was just asking a simple question. I forgot to mention that your appointment time means nothing

Didn't even call walked right in checked in which took less than 60 seconds and within less than 5 minutes got called on really nice respectful young woman named Alyssa she's very professional and sanitary. She drew my blood under a minute 3 tubes. Best ever I'm glad I drove the 21 minutes...
