As I enter the garage, the sign Welcome Home reflects how I feel about the Avalon. The grounds and the buildings are extremely well maintained. The Leasing Office, especially Sergio and Bryana, are always available for any problem or question that arises. The Maintenance Staff is dedicated and are always willing to help the residents with any problem that may occur. I also want to acknowledge Gina for her assistance and help. The Avalon is an exceptionable place to live.

Rishi in maintenance was able to fix my washer after several days of not using it. The maintenance team at Avalon RVC is responsive and has provided me with great service.

I am grateful for the maintenance service, in particular Rishi. I've been here for a few years and interacted with the maintenance team but Rishi is always responsive and provide GREAT service.

It can vary based on building, balcony, which way its facing etc. But all apt prices are online. You can check each building and available apt.
About 3k.
Yes.
I don't know but my moms house had a fire and the Insurance is paying $5600 for 2 bedrooms, its expensive no way I would pay to live there...by the way 80% of the tenants has some type of expensive dog big and small, it's like an Animal Kingdom. From morning until night. They have a gated path and my moms appartment faces that and from morning until 7pm or so they are playing and throwing toys to the dogs...Big time annoying. For $5600 a month I would have a nice house in Florida close to the beach. I live in West Palm Beach..I only come to New York City to see my moms and friends. It seems the ppl that live there don't have the Big Downpayment to buy a home in Nassau and the expensive Taxes. If you rent there you must at least earn $20,000 a month. They have a gym, outdoor pool and a Courtyard and a BBQ Grill you cannot Barbecue on your Balcony. and I believe to add a parking space under the building its $131.00 a month. Outside ppl park their 2nd car and they never move it. SMH.
Not that I saw... might have to call an confirm.
It depends on the layout/which of the three buildings and how long your lease is. On there website they have floorplans of available apartments and there price.
Between 2800 and 3400

Additional fee that you can roll into your rent. I think it's around $90-$100 in the garage
Are you serious? This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. I can hear the people next to me talking all day
