Do you need an appointment or can you us the kyosk?

Without appointment normally 10-15 mins wait. The staff is very helpful and reasonably efficient.

You can go right in to use the kiosk unless it also has a long line, but I've only noticed at most 5 in line inside. They also have kiosks at other stores (Vons). I think you need your renewal notice with a barcode but not sure as I wanted to renew my trailer pti and was told you can't at the kiosk.

I went in without an appointment , but those who had appointments went right through while I waited outside the building in a rather long line. And ware a mask !
