Yes you can go there, but get there early before they open, because there is always a long line

The lines are going perty fast i would say go early to stay out of the heat later in the day

Best time would be before 3/4 pm to guarantee a spot. DMV closes at 5pm and Clovis DMV is actually pretty Fast. Better than the Fresno one.
