One of the pharmacists has been nothing but problematic. A couple of months ago we found out that, as we pay for our meds in cash, we have to REQUEST(!!?) our discount as a Costco member. I don't understand their logic; are they saying that being a member is worthless? Now the problematic pharmacist is making my wife jump through hoops, fabricating new truths about prescription refill dates, and running a power trip to humiliate her. This is unacceptable. We are going to be using a different pharmacy than Costco, re-examine whether we wish to maintain our Executive membership at Costco, and whether or not we actually think it's worthwhile to be members of Costco. It is amazing what a bad pharmacy experience can do to my valuation of the worth of Costco and their pharmacy. Why can't someone fix this crazy stuff?

I can't get a straight answer either way out of these people. Different information every single time I talk to them. It's very frustrating.
