Normally our fries - both regular and sweet ‘taters - are done in a dedicated fryer. No cross-contamination w/ our breaded/coated fryer items. However, sometimes when we are super busy and the regular fries fryer can’t keep up, fries may end-up being done in the other fryer. You best bet is to just ask your server to ensure your fries are done in the dedicated fryer. We aim to please!
@Teresa Cross FYI, cross contamination with gluten/wheat allergies is from being cooked with items breaded, their beer battered onion rings, or touched with ANYTHING also used on regular gluten/wheat, for some that includes foods with corn, rye, barley, etc., grills, utensils, knives, not used just for THAT item, since being washed. :) I'll call when they open. I haven't been there since 2017 because all I could eat was their GF bun & burger, and the bun fell apart so badly I had to eat it like a steak, which tasted great, but the experience was disappointing. I'm hoping things have changed, because my allergies sure haven't, and my family wants to go back with me. The Burger Saloon hooked me with the burger with Pastrami.
I dont know but my guess would be no cross contamination. They have DELICIOUS fries especially the sweet potato fries.
Don't know, call and ask them
