My family and I owned a mobile home for about 2 years it was a great opportunity to save money for our next home. The manager is on it she watches the park like a hawk and a very little gets by her. The residents take pride in homeownership and most ly I keep to themselves. Friday night and Saturday night can sometimes sound like a mariachi band is in your house when they open the community center. The pool when open which is not nearly often enough is regularly too dirty to swim in safely and there are no lawn chairs or umbrellas available. The manager closed down the car wash area which was disappointing with a little bit more effort from the management they could easily make this a much nicer place to live .
