As many of us know we've been sheltered in place for quite some time and many are working from home. It's made me realize how much I appreciate the community that I'm part of which yes is Westgate Village Apartments, that I have been part of for over 20 years. Over the years many of my neighbors have become close friends. Do to the fact that the complex is pet friendly I've met many more while they walk their dogs. It's been a joy noticing the new young families moving in because it's a safe place due to the fact we have a regular security service. All of this attests to the great job the management team does here with their tenant selection process. I'm particularly appreciative of the continuous upgrades to the apartments which makes them very appealing. That's in direct relation to the ongoing attention and commitment to detail by the maintenance crew which includes after hours, weekends, and holidays needed to resolve any electrical and plumbing or maintenance issues. In summary none of this would even be possible without the leadership of the Corporate Office, Tandem Properties and their commitment to the highest standards of professionalism. Hi! Thank you for your interest in Westgate Village Apartments. At this time, we do not know what we will have available in September. We will have a better idea towards the middle of July and August as we can let you know if we have any notices to vacate.
