Some instructors are better than others. The grass and bleachers area is often dirty (littered) and there's not enough shade for people outside of the pool. The pool is big but kept at like 80 and can be chilly for the little ones.

Yes! We do have a ADA lifts. We have one in the Olympic size pool, and one in the kiddy pool.
Yes lap swim is year round. There are days where lap swim is canceled for different events, and hours may vary.
