Like the other person said, Google asked if I could answer your question. I know it seems like they don't answer the phone. I have walked the isles and heard the phone ring and nobody picked up after 10 rings or so.
Not having luck the first time was a fax machine and 2nd time lady just hung up on me... I'm just going to Walmart instead.
