I have used this place before with no issues. But now they are dismissing people 40min before they close. I arrived a 5:20 just to get told we aren't accepting any more cars for oil changes, when there is 1 car in front of me. Oil changes generally take 15-20min with an experience technician. I understand they close at 6pm and their team would like to go home, but they should at least accept cars up to 6pm closing time, then finish the cars in que. I will be taking my business elsewhere now. This is disappointing because there is some good workers there who do a good job, but then there are some who don't care to keep the business open until 6pm. Rather they want to shut the bays down early.

I've never had them perform a tuneup on any of my cars. I've only had them change the oil and do the state inspection. Locally I trust Christian Bros and Gierisch, but both are a bit pricey. If you don't mind the drive to South of Benbrook I trust A&T Repair the most.

Yes, they perform state inspection and are fast at it as well.
All Kwik Kat locations are indivually owned and operated. Prices vary slightly by location. We are not a franchise. Oil change is about $35 for conventional oil and $20 higher for most full synthetic oils up to 5 quarts. State Inspection is $25.50.
