Great location with fresh amenities. The outdoor water area is rather impressive. It's a location where you go to feel like you have gotten out of the cluster of the city.

Best environment for learning martial arts I've come across. And despite this, relatively low rates. Coach Dennis is a great BJJ teacher, and fellow students are fun to learn with. Check it out. Update: Still a great place to train, it has o ly gotten better, with new locations.

The memberships are different depending on whether you pay month to month, get a year membership, or a 2 year membership. I cant remember all of the numbers, but it is reasonable.
Yes, there are classes for adults as well. Yes, they have classes for adults. At 6 Monday to Thursday
