Disappointing. I specifically made my appointment today (labor day) because it is my one day off this week. I show up a few minutes early for the appointment only to be told they don't have anyone working today that can do the service I need! I'm guessing they don't check their appointments in advance to make they have the necessary qualified technicians scheduled.

The people that work at Raben are really great people and they are always trying to get things done quick and right the first time , because they know you need your vehicles,tires,oil changes and repairs when you need them
