Didn't tighten my oil pan drain plug and was supposed to rotate my tires. They charged me but I numbered my wheels.... Very Disappointed

Don't give up, I called with a question about a battery, I refused to hang up, after about five minutes of ringing, they actually answered, let it ring until it annoys them enough, they will answer, just don't give up

Overall experience was pleasant enough with the customer care. The prices of my 4 new tires were the best in town. The two downfalls was I had to wait over two hours to get my tires installed. Then after I got home and woke up the next day one of my new tires was going flat. I took it off of the car and had to bring it back to Walmart. The new tire valve was defective. They replaced it with no charge, but I live 40 minutes away. So, it was a inconvenience.
