Had a horrible stay there. Left light on several times for more than an hour still did not get assistance. Would call family members to call them and tell them I needed help. They would have to call several times to get an answer. Had staff meetings but still did.not improve. Definitely a bad experience.

Started working here after I graduated highschool. The place is beautiful and is always kept clean. The staff members were very welcoming and the residents would tell me how they loved it at life care. The members are very supportive of one another as well.

I wanted to post this because I want to acknowledge how amazing this team is at Life Care. I am currently an employee at the Life Care Cape Girardeau Facility. Recently I had a close family member pass away and my team was so supportive and made it so much easier to be at work at that hard time. Everyone gave me love and comfort and was willing to help whenever. Not only did they do that but they all reached out to me and my family and sent beautiful flowers and wind chimes to the funeral. So thankful that I am apart of a team that cares not only for the residents but for the employees as well
