Not sure if they do monthly hook ups. I paid I believe 25 per night without sewer hook up and 30 with sewer. I don't remember them giving a break on a week. But they may have changed.
I dont know the cost but I did see a few spots very well maintained and decorated. Like they have been there awhile.
