Service was great, food was great but the wait was ridiculous considering 6 booths were open the whole time... what was supposed to be a 20 min wait turned into an hour.

Yeah the service is really shity. It's like they don't care who they hire as long as a body is there. The customer is pretty much looked at as a POS by the staff. At least that's how they act . actions speak louder than words.
