You have two options: call or go online to reservecalifornia.com to reserve a spot at least 48 hours ahead of time, or show up the day of and reserve an available spot right then and there (same day reservations open up at 2pm so that's the best time to secure a spot).

If you're close, I'd drive through the campground to get the # of a spot you like, shaded spots go fast, so get a reservation
