Good knowledgeable staff who are willing to help if you need it. I was new to having a pool and they lined me out with everything I needed. Do a rough calc of your pools volume and bring them a jar of water.....they will analyze it once a week - at no charge - and tell you specifically what to add for perfect pool chemistry. I'm a do it myselfer....so after they got my chemistry back on track they gave me everything needed to keep it that way. They do have a service and repair department, but be aware they are BUSY. We waited for repair availability and they did a great job on a pump and motor replacement. I would wait for them again if it's not an urgent repair.
