Space rent is $800.00 per month
Good luck finding out. The new owners are skyrocketing the rent, read the out of date utility meters wrong every month and lie to government about the staffing of the parks they own, under lots of different front companies. Stay clear.
No. Space rent is only that. On top of space rent there is sewer, garbage, and sub-metered gas, electric and water.
No, All of our Mobile Homes are privately owned
