Call them. It is owned by an investment group out of LA. Onsite couple runs it and can answer questions. Mostly permanent residents. Safe, but some of the trailers are run down and shabby. Most are just working folks.
I did notice that they have permanent residences. I only stayed there for 2 nights, so I do not know their monthly rates or if they have any monthly rental spaces available.
