Very, very ran down and dirty. Mostly folks living there in the worst trailers. We stayed for a few hours and left because the power was bad at our site. Hopefully no damage to our AC!

Charged for week even tho we wanted to leave early. A real dump. Had to buy an extra hose because the water line was to far away. Also had to get an adapter for the sewage line. No wifi, no cable. Priced way too high for the dump that it is. If you like slumbing it and you don't mind high the high price....go for it.

stopped by to use their sanitation services, camping in the area and this was on the way. home. cost for non-residents is $25. staff came out to meet me as I parked. The dump station is clean, easy to access, there is a hose available to flush the tank.

You can't call Sellam, they don't answer the phones. You keep posting that.
$780 plus electric
Currently there's at least one long term spot. I can't say though, if it's spoken for.
Yes, tiny house friendly since they're only built on an RV frame. Currently, wait list for monthly spaces. $850 mo current rate.
They do have long term spaces, best to come into the office and talk with them in person. If they haven't got any LT spaces ask when one will be free.
Just show up look at the board posted outside fnd a vacant spot and park when you finalky see the office open you can then redgister and pay. Its on an honor system sort of and there isn't a 24 hr service there by any human only the park.
When I was there they allowed dogs, but for some reason for a long term stay they didn't like larger breeds. Mine is a lab.
Yes
Camp spots are available so yes you can rent spots and cars are allowed.
65.00 per night.
Call them. It is owned by an investment group out of LA. Onsite couple runs it and can answer questions. Mostly permanent residents. Safe, but some of the trailers are run down and shabby. Most are just working folks.
I don't know, you will have to give them a call.
You can rent a monthly site indefinitely. Currently the rate is $820 plus electric. Call the office for availability.
Last we were there if you wanted to stay more than a few days you had to have a reservation. If you wanted to say a few months you definitely had to have a reservation, and the waiting list was more than one year out.
They do have space, but also have age limits. Nothing older than 2000. Good luck getting a call answered too.
Website says yes.
Um, no. It's a RV (Recreational Vehicle) park... There are no homes. Everything is on wheels...
$735.00 electric not included.
