Last we were there if you wanted to stay more than a few days you had to have a reservation. If you wanted to say a few months you definitely had to have a reservation, and the waiting list was more than one year out.
They do rent for months at a time, in fact most appear to have been there for a very long time. They also allow small dogs. I don't remember the rate, sorry. No Good Sam but not sure if any are available
55$ a day 240$ a week 700$ plus electric a month those are approximations but real close. Pets are allowed apon approval that's what I remember just a few months ago
