Do they answer the phone at all during the day?

Took 20 minutes on Monday (12/28)

I sat on the phone for like 45 min befor they picked up they are getting alot of calls so u just gotta sit tight till they get to u in the order u called. Make sure u call when they are open and just put ur phone on speaker and wait for someone to answer. I know it sucks but thats the best and quickest way to get somone on the phone. I'd try early in the morning and just wait till they answer I think they open at 9
