I visited the Joann in Independence yesterday and have never seen the store looking so bad. It was hard to find what I was looking for, everything was quite a mess. After seeing the line to have fabric cut, I left without my purchase.

I have professional framing done there several times each yr. During prep for Christmas gifts this past Dec., I was in the store 3 times. None of my visits were brief by my own choosing. I did not see and at Christmas did not see that store in disarray. I'm rather shocked at your report. There must be some recent negative developments among staff and management is my guess. I am sorry for your experience. The manager in framing is a retired Colonel of the Kansas City MO Fire Department. I know of no way to get back to you, but i will attempt reaching him for comment on your experience. There is, I believe, a Joanne's store in Lees Sunmit.

Wow that's to bad. I guess I never paid that much attention to the store itself. I just get what I'm after and go.
