CVS almost always have what I need and they are always on top of my prescriptions. Edit: They are NOT at all in tune with my prescription refills. I mean, good on them that they try their butts off, and it must be hard to try to keep up with everybody's meds all the time so props to them for that, but they were about to send me away without my depression meds OR a reasonable solution. After I left, I thought about solutions they should have had the patience to go over with me which are: Let me buy out of pocket just a few of my prescription to get me by until Medicaid would pay for it. 2. Offer to let me buy them, but also help me to get them at a cheaper price via GoodRx or similar. This was the problem at hand: Medicaid said on the 10th they would not pay for my meds till the 12th. It was going to be tight, but if I got their early enough on the 12th I would have been ok. Fast forward to the 12th, now they tell me Medicaid won't pay for them till the 15th. Why? What happened between the 10th and the 12th that this is a thing AGAIN? Ok it's not CVS's problem, I get it. It's not them telling me I can't have them, sobeit. BUT a reasonable solution wouldn't have been the worst thing. Especially with someone who NEEDS their depression meds. Instead, he tells me I can go somewhere else to get them.

I always have issues with the pharmacy all the women that work there are very rude and not friendly at all if ur that miserable at your job go somewhere else when I’m giving u buissness I expect to be treated with respect
