Went in with my daughter to get our nails done was going to get both a manicure & pedicure, the staff looked at us crazy when we immediately walked in asking what we needed. All chairs were filled in which they didn’t let me know what the wait time would be and as soon another customer came in they greeted her nicely letting her know the wait time. Left due to rude service and unprofessionalism.

When I asked for extra attention to a particular toe I recieved a dirty look. She was in too much of a rush. Not personable at all.

Customer service is awful. I used to go here but now the only time I do is when it’s my last resort. The guy who I believe is the owner or manager has a very rude town and almost seems like he’s yelling at you. Also very aggressive when doing nails. Go to beauty nail bar!!!

Very poor custom service. I have coming here for years but the last several times they have been so rude, as if they don't want to be bothered and interrupted from their cell phones.
