My wife is signing up for Social Security soon and already is enrolled in Medicare. She is billed directly. Can the Medicare premiums then be deducted from her monthly payment? If so, how do we implement the process and eliminate the direct bill?

If she is already signed up for Medicare part b then it should automatically be deducted from her monthly payment. I would suggest calling the local social security office for your area and request that they verify your Medicare, as well as make sure your premiums are set up to automatically deduct from your monthly payment
